Réne Curtis
Poet: Cape Town, South Africa.
All Africans are natural storytellers; if we impart knowledge or simply describe a situation, we will tell it as a story. This is what has inspired Réne’s poetry. Réne loves writing in subtle rhyme- for words to flow easily off the reader’s tongue and to use language that is understood by all.
“Living in a beautiful country with such a diverse culture, one cannot help but paint poems made of rainbows.” -Réne
